Northwestern Counseling & Support Services is seeking a dedicated professional in the field of human services to provide on-site job support for individuals with intellectual disabilities. We're looking for someone who is well-organized, adaptable, punctual, and thrives in a team-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct job coaching and on-site support to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
• Encourage independence while fostering dignity, respect, and inclusion in the workplace.
• Collaborate with employers, coworkers, and NCSS team members to support successful employment outcomes.
• Maintain accurate documentation and communicate progress effectively.
• Adapt to a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends, as needed.

Qualifications:

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Reliable transportation.
• Knowledge of, or experience with, individuals with developmental disabilities preferred.
