Responsibilities
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with overall business objectives to support growth and innovation.
- Streamline recruitment processes to attract and retain talent, with a goal of reducing time-to-hire.
- Design and implement employee engagement and retention programs.
- Integrate HR best practices into daily operations and ensure compliance with applicable standards and regulations.
- Lead and administer performance management systems to improve productivity and organizational effectiveness.
- Oversee benefits and compensation administration, ensuring timely and accurate execution.
- Collaborate with senior leadership on HR initiatives and workforce management strategies.
- Utilize HR technology and tools to support effective human capital management.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of human resources management experience.
- Experience leading strategic HR initiatives within a manufacturing environment.
- Demonstrated ability to develop HR strategies and successfully implement operational plans.
- Experience with HRIS systems.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, collaboration, and negotiation skills.
