Key Responsibilities\n \n Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients to evaluate the severity and duration of mood disorder symptoms. \n Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that align with the unique goals, needs, and preferences of each client. \n Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to address a variety of behavioral health concerns. \n Provide psychoeducation to clients and families regarding mood disorders, available treatment options, and effective self-care techniques. \n Monitor client progress by regularly reviewing and adjusting treatment plans to reflect changes in symptoms and individual situations. \n Collaborate with psychiatrists and other healthcare providers to ensure coordinated, integrated care that meets all aspects of client health. \n Maintain accurate clinical documentation in adherence with legal, ethical, and organizational standards. \n Participate in case consultations, team meetings, and ongoing professional development initiatives. \n Advocate for clients, promoting mental health awareness and supporting efforts to reduce stigma associated with mental health issues. \n Patient Population / Client Focus\n As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with Peachford Mental Healthcare, you will primarily focus on clients dealing with relationship challenges, including divorce and family conflict.
