Overview:
Join a highly visible finance team supporting strategic initiatives across a complex, global organization. This role partners with leaders across finance, accounting, and business operations to drive critical projects, support organizational growth, and improve business processes.


Key Responsibilities:

• Support cross-functional finance and operational initiatives.
• Partner with stakeholders to evaluate processes and identify improvement opportunities.
• Prepare financial analyses and reporting to support business decisions.
• Coordinate project deliverables, timelines, and stakeholder communications.
• Assess risks and support implementation of effective solutions.
• Contribute to process improvements, standardization efforts, and operational efficiencies.
• Support special projects and ad hoc analysis as business needs evolve.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or related field.
• 6 years of experience in finance, accounting, audit, consulting, or related functions.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience supporting large-scale business initiatives, integrations, or transformation efforts.
• Background in public accounting, consulting, corporate finance, or financial analysis.
• Experience working within a complex or multinational organization.
• Demonstrated ability to improve processes and drive operational efficiency.
