Clinic Manager Oncology RN FT Days

Location: BAYLOR SCOTT & WHITE MARBLE FALLS, TX Dept: Oncology Infusion Clinic Schedule: Mon-Fri 8am-5pm Must Have Oncology Experience. Handles policies execution, budget oversight, quality enhancement measures, and organizes educational programs to meet departmental and company goals. Essential Functions Of The Role You’ll coordinate patient care, promote evidence‑based practices, conduct research, and advocate for patients, families, and staff. You’ll manage department operations, including budgeting and staffing. Your role will also focus on ensuring the clinical specialty program runs efficiently and cost‑effectively. Accountable for supportive work environment for nursing team. Emphasizes top‑notch nursing practices and ensures safe space for patients, families, and staff. Key Success Factors You will need a solid grasp of nursing, patient care, medical terms, ethics, and privacy laws. Knowing how to care for different age groups is crucial too.
