What You'll Do
As a member of our care team, you'll provide individualized, non-medical support that promotes independence, dignity, and quality of life.

Responsibilities include:

• Assisting with bathing, dressing, grooming, and personal hygiene
• Helping with toileting and continence care
• Providing companionship and meaningful engagement
• Preparing meals and assisting with nutrition
• Medication reminders
• Safe transfers and mobility assistance
• Light housekeeping and laundry
• Transportation to appointments, errands, and activities
• Encouraging participation in physician or therapy recommendations
• Reporting changes in a client's condition to the office

What We're Looking For

• Minimum of two years of professional caregiving experience in a home care agency, assisted living, memory care, or skilled nursing setting

Active California Home Care Aide (HCA) registration , or willingness to obtain one (we'll guide you through the process)

• Valid California driver's license and dependable transportation
• Eligible to work in the United States
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong communication skills, reliability, and a compassionate attitude

Compensation & Benefits

• $18.00 to $20.00 per hour, based on experience
