Earn more when you perform.

You'll receive an hourly base rate ($18.00/hour) plus commission, giving you the opportunity to increase your earnings based on your results.

Start with guaranteed commission.

As you build your skills and confidence, you'll receive $500 in guaranteed commission per month for your first three months after training, for a total of $1,500 in guaranteed commission.

Get a sign-on bonus.

New Sales Agents are eligible for a $1,000 sign-on bonus.

Work toward a hybrid schedule.

This position starts onsite at our Clearwater Sales & Service Center. Beginning 30 days after graduation from training, Sales Agents who are meeting performance expectations may be eligible for a 3-day onsite, 2-day work-from-home schedule, with Thursdays and Fridays remote.

Choose from three shifts.

• 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
• 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
• 11:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.

Shift assignments will be based on business needs, availability, and employee preference. If you're assigned a later shift and prefer an earlier one, you'll have opportunities to move to an earlier shift as openings become available.

What You'll Do

This isn't about reading a script and pushing a product. You'll talk with customers who are planning moves or looking for storage and help them determine the PODS solution that works best for their situation.

Using our consultative sales process, you'll:

• Talk with customers to understand their moving and storage needs.
• Recommend PODS products and services that provide the right fit and value.
• Prepare quotes and convert customer conversations into quality sales.
• Clearly explain our products, services, pricing, and options.
• Build trust by listening, asking the right questions, and making the process easier for the customer.
• Meet sales and service performance goals, including conversion, productivity, quality, schedule adherence, and customer satisfaction.
• Support additional call types when needed to help our customers and the business.

You'll Be A Great Fit If You...

You're someone who can have a real conversation with a customer, quickly understand what matters to them, and confidently ask for the sale.

We're looking for people who:

• Have 1 to 3+ years of sales experience preferred.
• Are motivated by goals and earning commission.
• Have strong listening and communication skills.
• Can build rapport and trust over the phone.
• Know how to ask good questions instead of making assumptions.
• Are comfortable overcoming objections and asking for the customer's business.
• Stay positive and professional in a fast-paced environment.
• Take ownership of their results and follow through on commitments.
• Are comfortable working with computers, navigating multiple systems, typing, and entering customer information accurately.
• Have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Have the basic math skills needed to perform the role.
