Key Responsibilities of the RN - OR

• Provide patient care in a high-pressure operating room environment
• Assist in various procedures such as angioplasty, appendectomy, biopsy, and ortho/spine surgeries
• Maintain thorough and accurate patient records using Meditech
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to ensure patient safety and quality outcomes
• Adapt to the dynamic nature of surgical schedules and patient needs

Requirements of the RN - OR

• Minimum of 1-year current hospital acute care experience
• Basic Life Support (BLS) & Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications
• Experience in circulating and scrubbing preferred
• Proficiency with Meditech EMR preferred
