Registered Nurse (RN) | Night Shift

Shift: 12-Hour Nights
Schedule: 36 Hours per Week
Experience Required: 2+ Years
Travel Requirement: 65%+ Travel

Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to provide exceptional patient care in a fast-paced healthcare environment. The RN will utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care while collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal clinical outcomes. This position requires strong clinical judgment, effective communication skills, and a commitment to delivering patient-centered care.

Required Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Registered Nursing program (RN Diploma required)
• Active and unrestricted RN License in the state of practice
• Minimum 2 years of recent Registered Nurse experience
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification issued by the American Heart Association (AHA)
• Strong assessment, critical-thinking, and clinical decision-making skills
• Proficiency with EMR systems and healthcare technology
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team

Preferred Qualifications

• Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) or Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)
• Specialty certification related to clinical practice area
• Previous acute care or hospital experience

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality nursing care using the nursing process and evidence-based practices.
• Assess patient conditions, develop care plans, and evaluate patient outcomes.
• Educate patients and families regarding treatment plans, medications, and discharge instructions.
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary team members to coordinate care.
• Delegate tasks effectively and provide guidance to support staff as appropriate.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
• Support patient safety, quality initiatives, and regulatory compliance standards.
• Demonstrate sensitivity and respect for cultural, ethnic, and religious diversity in all patient interactions.
• Participate in continuous quality improvement efforts and professional development activities.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Travel Requirement
