We are now looking for a visionary and execution-driven Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to lead our technical direction, engineering strategy, and innovation initiatives.

**_Role Overview_**

As CTO, you will lead the technical vision of the company while actively contributing to architecture, product strategy, and engineering leadership.

You should be comfortable operating in fast-moving startup environments and capable of managing cross-functional development teams across blockchain, AI, and full-stack software projects.

**_Responsibilities_**

* Define and lead the company’s technical strategy
* Oversee architecture and development of Web3, AI, gaming, and SaaS products
* Lead and mentor engineering teams
* Review system design, scalability, and security practices
* Participate in product planning and technical decision-making
* Build development processes and engineering standards
* Evaluate emerging technologies and innovation opportunities
* Collaborate closely with founders, clients, and product teams
* Help scale engineering operations globally

**_Required Skills_**

* Proven experience as CTO, Tech Lead, or Senior Software Architect
* Strong leadership and team management skills
* Deep understanding of scalable system architecture
* Experience with Web3 & blockchain technologies
* Experience with AI/ML systems and LLM integrations
* Strong backend development experience (Node.js, Python, or similar)
* Cloud infrastructure and DevOps knowledge (AWS/GCP/Docker/Kubernetes)
* Experience building and scaling production applications
* Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
* Excellent communication and project management skills
* Experience working with remote/distributed teams
* Startup mindset with strong ownership and execution ability
