Position Overview
We are seeking a dependable, motivated Warehouse / Shipping / Courier Coordinator to join our team full-time. This role is ideal for a responsible self-starter who enjoys working independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment. The successful candidate will support daily warehouse operations, inventory management, shipping, and local deliveries.

Key Responsibilities

Maintain the organization, cleanliness, and overall upkeep of the warehouse.
Receive, inspect, and accurately shelve incoming inventory.
Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for delivery.
Pack and label outgoing UPS shipments accurately and efficiently.
Maintain accurate inventory and shipping records.
Deliver and pick up merchandise between local retail locations.
Deliver products to wholesale accounts and business partners.
Safely operate the company delivery van for local transportation of goods.
Coordinate routine maintenance and report repair needs for the company vehicle.
Assist with general warehouse operations and support team members as needed.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
Valid driver's license with a safe driving record.
Ability to pass a background check.
Basic computer skills; training on company-specific software will be provided.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and prioritize daily tasks.
Dependable, detail-oriented, and team-focused.
Ability to lift, carry, and move inventory as required.
