You serve as a key technology leader, driving product evolution, supporting customer success, and contributing to the company's long-term growth ambitions.How You Will Make an ImpactLead and manage the global R&D Product Group, including software engineering, testing, and product delivery.Partner closely with the General Manager, Product Manager Lead, and PMO Lead to deliver high-quality products that meet customer and business expectations.Lead a high-performing global R&D organization of approximately 150 professionals, fostering innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.Develop and execute R&D strategies aligned with the company's 2030 vision and growth objectives.Act as the primary technology point of contact for customer escalations and strategic opportunities.Drive effective communication and cross-functional collaboration across all levels of the organization.Lead the development of new products and enhancements across the existing portfolio.Ensure effective management of R&D budgets, resources, and project priorities to achieve business goals and delivery timelines.Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and customer engagements as a technology leader and advocate.Your Background20+ years of leadership experience in product development, software development, or software product delivery.
