Physical Therapy Assistant - Travel Contract

Minimum Qualifications

• Associate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited educational program.
• Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
• BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
• At least one year of skilled nursing facility experience required.
• Net Health experience required.

Assignment Details

• 8-hour shifts.
• Flex schedule available and required when needed.
• Skilled nursing facility setting.
• Point of service documentation required.
• Net Health documentation completed on iPad.
• 88% productivity expectation.
• COVID vaccine not required. Form acknowledging risks if not vaccinated is required.
