Role: Ab Initio ETL Developer Locations: Charlotte, NC (Hybrid Onsite) Duration: 12+ Months Contract Job Description seeking a highly skilled and handson Ab Initio ETL Developer to design develop and optimize scalable data processing solutions. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Ab Initio strong SQL skills and experience building highperformance ETL pipelines for enterprise data environments. Key Responsibilities Design, develop and implement ETL workflows using Ab Initio ensuring high performance and scalability Build and maintain Ab Initio graphs using various components such as Reformat, Join, Partition, Sort, Rollup, and Lookup Utilize GDE Graphical Development Environment for efficient ETL development and debugging Develop data transformation logic and ensure data integrity across multiple systems Integrate data pipelines with relational databases using advanced SQL queries Optimize ETL processes for performance scalability and reliability Perform root cause analysis and troubleshooting for production issues and data inconsistencies Collaborate with crossfunctional teams including data architects, DBAs and business stakeholders Support deployment tuning and monitoring of data pipelines across environments Ensure adherence to data governance, quality and security standards Required Skills Qualifications Strong handson experience with Ab Initio ETL tool Expertise in graph development, Ab Initio components, and parallel processing concepts GDE Graphical Development Environment proficiency Solid experience in SQL and relational databases (Oracle, Teradata, SQL Server, etc.) Good understanding of data warehousing concepts and ETL best practices Proven ability to design and optimize ETL workflows Experience with database integration and large-scale data processing systems Strong troubleshooting, debugging and performance tuning skills Preferred Qualifications Experience working in distributed and high-volume data environments Exposure to Unix/Linux shell scripting and scheduling tools Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) is a plus Experience with data migration or modernization projects Knowledge of Agile methodologies Soft Skills Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment Nice‑to‑Have Experience with continuous graphs real-time processing Exposure to data quality frameworks or metadata management tools Prior experience in banking, financial services, or large enterprise environments #J-18808-Ljbffr Tech Mirrors
