Ensure food quality and customer service standards are met. Assist in managing inventory levels and placing orders to keep the restaurant running efficiently. Train and coach team members to enhance their skills and performance. Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues in a professional manner. Qualifications Experience in the food service industry. Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed. Strong communication and organizational skills. Leadership experience in a restaurant or service‑oriented environment is preferred.
