Senior Recruiter

Lead full-cycle recruiting for Robinhood Roofing Utah, from first conversation to day-30 retention, as a salaried year-round local Senior Recruiter (hybrid in Orem). Responsibilities Own the rep pipeline end-to-end for Utah: outreach, interviews, closing, and transition to training for in-field onboarding Drive launch outreach: identify prospects, run interviews, sell the dream, and ensure reps complete in-person training while field training is handled Recruit using multiple channels including rep referrals, returning summer sales reps, returned missionaries, BYU/UVU, events, and organic social Hand off new reps to training and share day-30 retention data with the trainer Track every recruiting metric and improve performance weekly Develop reps into recruiting captains who source candidates from their own networks Requirements Proven ability building a team and managing numbers: recruited, launched, and still producing at 90 days Relationship-based recruiting approach without overselling income Daily conversations with strangers and follow-up within hours Motivated by being measured on rep retention and staying performance No non-compete or non-solicit conflicts with a current employer Valid Driver's License (Required) Associate degree preferred What Success Looks Like in 90 Days By week 4: 40+ weekly outreach conversations and 6+ sit-downs per week Weekly targets: 4+ accepted offers and 3+ launched reps per week (75%+ launch rate) Retention targets: 3+ launches still producing at day 30, and a team of 6+ new reps still producing by day 90 Produce a written recruiting playbook and maintain a weekly dashboard the owner reviews every Monday Execute a low-budget recruiting plan (little to no ad spend or events) while tracking cost per producing rep Year-One Target Build to a team of 14+ producing reps quarterly What We're Looking For Must-haves: built a team and knows your numbers; recruits through relationships (no pressure); follow up within hours; measured on rep retention; no non-compete/non-solicit conflicts Nice-to-haves: 3+ years recruiting for D2D sales teams (pest, solar, alarm, roofing) strongly preferred Preferred background: former D2D manager, missionary zone or district leader, or campus recruiter Network fit: strong Utah County network (BYU/UVU, wards, mission companions) Tools: uses sheets, a CRM, and AI tools unprompted Compensation & Benefits Base salary: $67,700 per year Increase at 90-day scorecard: stepping to $81,600 Bonuses: $1,000 bonus for every recruit still producing at day 90 $2,500 bonus for every quarter the team holds 10+ producing reps Estimated first-year total: about $94K at plan; $90K-$120K+ depending on results (estimate, not a guarantee) Benefits: health insurance, PTO and paid holidays Vehicle allowance Schedule: flexible schedule Work model: year-round, local work with a path into sales leadership Location & Pay Work location: Hybrid remote in Orem, UT 84058 Pay: $67,700.00 - $81,600.00 per year Education & Experience Education: Associate (Preferred) Experience: Recruiting: 2 years (Preferred); Door-to-door: 1 year (Preferred) #J-18808-Ljbffr
