HR Generalist Details:

• Temp-to-Hire position
• $30.00 to $33.00 / hour
• Full Time work available
• First Shift ( Monday through Friday from 07:00am to 04:00pm )

• In conjunction with the HR Manager and the HR Supervisor, develop and administer programs and processes that facilitate employee retention, employee recognition and employee reward systems.
• Maintains accurate and up-to-date human resource files, records, and documentation.
• Contributes to the team by offering advanced knowledge in recruiting, Microsoft excel graphs and reporting.
• Answers frequently asked questions from applicants and employees relative to standard policies, benefits, hiring processes, etc.; refers more complex questions to appropriate senior-level HR staff or management

HR Generalist Qualifications:

• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to manage sensitive and confidential situations with tact, professionalism, and diplomacy.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Prior related office experience preferred.
