ITC Manufacturing is seeking a Human Resources Generalist to support daily HR operations at our Columbus, Ohio plant. You will advise leadership and employees on policies, benefits, recruiting, training, and compliance while fostering a positive work culture. You will manage onboarding, payroll inputs, employee records, and training programs, partnering with Safety to handle injuries and return-to-work initiatives.
