A multi-state personal injury law firm is seeking an experienced Personal Injury Litigation Paralegal to join its Dallas, TX office. This is a full-time, in-office position offering a comprehensive benefits package. The ideal candidate will have at least 3+ years of plaintiff-side personal injury litigation experience and the ability to manage a high-volume caseload while delivering exceptional client service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Independently draft and respond to discovery requests from scratch, developing tailored strategies based on case specifics

• Draft comprehensive petitions, pleadings, complaints, and other legal documents for both state and federal courts

• Analyze discovery materials and evidence, identify gaps, and draft motions to compel when necessary

• Monitor court deadlines and ensure timely, accurate filings in compliance with all procedural requirements

• Prepare detailed and organized trial binders and supporting documentation for court proceedings

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3+ years of experience as a litigation paralegal in Texas plaintiff personal injury law

• Proven ability to independently handle discovery, legal drafting, and case strategy development

• Strong understanding of jury charges and their application in litigation planning

• Excellent organizational, analytical, and critical thinking skills

• High level of attention to detail and accuracy

• Ability to work effectively in an onsite, fast-paced environment

• Spanish required

Compensation & Benefits:

• Salary range: $45,000 - $75,000 per year (based on experience)
