This is an opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, wants flexibility, and is motivated to build their own success.What You'll DoClient Conversations: Connect with prospective clients, learn about their needs, and help identify appropriate insurance solutions.Product Education: Explain life insurance products and living benefits in a clear, straightforward way so clients can make informed decisions.Sales & Follow-Up: Present available solutions, answer questions, follow up with prospects, and guide clients through the application process.Relationship Building: Establish trust with clients and provide ongoing service that encourages long-term relationships and referrals.Business Development: Maintain consistent sales activity while developing and expanding your client base.Professional Growth: Take advantage of training, resources, and ongoing support to strengthen your product knowledge and sales skills.Compliance: Conduct business professionally while following applicable insurance regulations and company guidelines.QualificationsStrong communication and interpersonal skillsSelf-motivated, dependable, and goal-orientedComfortable working independently in a remote environmentProfessional and confident when speaking with clientsCoachable and willing to learnPrevious sales or insurance experience is preferred, but not requiredA life insurance license is not required to apply.
