About the Practice & Support Model
Benchmark Dental partners with Accelerate Dental, a non-corporate dental support organization designed to help private practices grow without sacrificing autonomy or culture.
Simply put, Accelerate provides behind-the-scenes operational support, including recruiting, HR, payroll, and business resources, so our doctors can stay focused on delivering exceptional patient care, strengthening team collaboration, and continuing to elevate the standard of care within the community.
This is not a corporate dentistry model. You will work directly for Benchmark Dental alongside the same doctor and team each day, maintaining clinical independence and decision-making authority, while benefiting from additional infrastructure that supports mentorship, leadership development, and long-term partnership opportunities.
