Benefits Manager (Retirement and Leaves)

This position is hybrid 3 days per week in our Atlanta, GA office. This position is not eligible for remote work. Benefits Manager - Retirement and Leaves The Benefits Manager will empower end-to-end ownership of benefit programs, improve processes, and enhance partnerships and collaboration with internal and external partners. We aim to constantly improve the experience of our Worldpayers, while delivering cost-effective and meaningful benefit programs and services. What you’ll own as the Benefits Manager Manages the development and execution of national benefits strategy and day-to-day operations for the 401(k) plan and absence management programs Coordinates with recordkeepers, TPAs, auditors, legal counsel, payroll and HRIS teams on day-to-day operations and escalations Reviews plan documents, amendments, SPDs, administrative procedures and operational processes for compliance risks Assists with preparation and review of committee materials, compliance reporting, and audit support documentation Develops and executes well planned communication strategies to educate team members Manages and coaches direct reports Other related duties assigned as needed What you’ll bring Bachelor’s degree in business or human resources or the equivalent combination of education, training, or 10+ years work experience. Demonstrated influence and partnering skills (with Legal, Procurement, Finance partners, vendor relationships) Oral and written communication skills relating to all management levels, vendors and plan participants Experience supporting mergers, acquisitions, or integration activities Experience partnering with TPAs, recordkeepers, auditors, actuaries, and legal counsel Strong working knowledge of Workday EEOC Statement Worldpay is an equal opportunity employer.
