This role offers the opportunity to work with some of the worlds leading hedge funds, private equity firms, venture capital groups, and alternative asset managers and insurance in a dynamic international environment. You will advise clients on U.S. and international tax matters, support compliance efforts, and provide insight on structuring, transactions, and regulatory reporting./ph3Key Responsibilities/h3ulliManage U.S. tax compliance and consulting engagements for partnerships, corporations, and other entities in the asset management industry/liliReview and prepare U.S. tax returns and forms including but not limited to: Form 1065, Form 1120, Form 1120-F, Form 1040-NR, Form 5471, Form 8865, Form 8858, Form 8938, Form 1118, Form 8621/liliFATCA and CRS-related reporting/liliAnalyze and apply U.S. Subchapter K (Partnership Tax), Subchapter C (Corporate Tax), PFIC and CFC rules/liliAssist clients with tax structuring and cross-border planning including inbound and outbound investment strategies/liliPrepare and review tax workpapers, allocations, M-1 adjustments, and tax basis schedules/liliAdvise on fund formation, investment structuring, and exit planning/liliLiaise with clients, legal counsel, auditors, and tax authorities as needed/liliSupervise and mentor junior staff, and manage project timelines and deliverables/liliMonitor and interpret changes in U.S. tax legislation relevant to asset managers operating offshore/li/ulh3Qualifications/h3ulliCPA (U.S.), EA (Enrolled Agent), CTA (UK), ACA, or LL.M. in Taxation/liliMinimum of 212+ years of relevant U.S. tax experience, ideally within a Big 4, mid-tier, or in-house financial services tax team/liliExtensive experience with U.S. partnership and corporate tax compliance, international information reporting, and asset management clients/liliStrong technical knowledge of U.S. federal income tax and cross-border taxation matters/liliWorking knowledge of common structures including master-feeder funds, blockers, and offshore investment vehicles/liliPrior exposure to international jurisdictions including FATCA, CRS, and local regulatory frameworks is an asset/liliExcellent interpersonal and project management skills/li/ulh3What the Role Offers/h3ulliRelocation support, including accommodation, transportation, and flights for the candidate and their family./liliCompetitive salary and comprehensive benefits package, including medical insurance coverage for the employee and their dependents./liliTax-free or low-tax jurisdiction employment/liliExposure to top-tier global clients and complex international tax issues/liliOpportunity to live and work in premier financial hubs with high quality of life/li/ulpNote: We adhere to strict data protection policies to ensure that your information is secure and only shared with potential employers with your explicit consent./p/div
