Salary: $36 - $50 per hour Benefits Competitive hourly pay $36–$50+ with potential for premium pay opportunities Comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, vision, and 401(k) match Generous PTO and paid time off for work-life balance Professional development, clinical ladder programs, and educational opportunities Inclusive, mission-driven team culture with a focus on dignity, integrity, and compassion Stable, faith-based nonprofit healthcare environment serving local communities Job Details & Responsibilities Evaluate patients, establish realistic goals, and develop individualized treatment plans according to physician orders Implement therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, modalities, and rehabilitation procedures to restore function and mobility Assess patient progress regularly, modify plans as needed, and document accurately in compliance with departmental and regulatory standards Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams including physicians, nurses, and support staff for coordinated patient care Provide patient and family education on home exercise programs, safety, and self-management strategies Direct and supervise technicians or support personnel while maintaining equipment safety and operation Participate in departmental quality improvement, educational programs, and policy adherence Deliver care across inpatient acute, outpatient, or rehab settings depending on assignment while promoting maximum patient independence Qualifications Active Physical Therapist (PT) license in Texas required Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program (Bachelor’s required; Doctorate preferred) Current BLS certification New graduates or experienced therapists welcome; 1+ years preferred for advanced settings Strong clinical reasoning, communication, and interpersonal skills Ability to work full-time schedule including potential varied shifts or weekends as needed Equal Opportunity Employer Jobot is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
