Bull Run Family Medicine - Manassas, VA UVA Community Health is seeking a Family Medicine physician to join Bull Run Family Medicine, a well‑established outpatient primary care practice in Northern Virginia. This opportunity is ideal for a physician who enjoys providing comprehensive care across the lifespan in a collaborative, team‑based environment with flexible scheduling and strong clinical support. Position Highlights Established outpatient Family Medicine practice in Manassas, VA 1.0 FTE opportunity with 36 patient‑facing hours per week Flexible scheduling with options for a 4-day or 4.5‑day workweek Collaborative team of 15+ providers Shared call model among 3 practices with Envera RN triage support , averaging approximately 2-3 weeks annually Epic EMR with DAX Copilot AI Schedule Clinic hours: Monday & Tuesday: 7:45 AM - 7:00 PM Wednesday - Friday: 7:45 AM - 4:30 PM Providers typically work one extended day each week to support scheduling flexibility. Patient Volume Long day: 24-32 patients Regular day: 20-24 patients Half day: 11-13 patients Ancillary Services LabCorp onsite services at Prince William Medical Center Nurse visits Myriad cancer screening Qualifications MD or DO Board Certified/Board Eligible in Family Medicine Comfortable seeing patients across the lifespan Commitment to patient‑centered care The base compensation range for this role is $269,452 - $382,525 for a 1.0 clinical FTE status. Individual compensation will be determined by fair market value and the selected candidate's qualifications, clinical experience, specialty training, credentials, and/or education. Please note that the pay range does not include any applicable incentive compensation programs, such as productivity, quality, non‑productivity, or other incentives that may be available for eligible positions.
