Maintenance Director

Director Of Maintenance Join our team at Elmhurst Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center as a Director of Maintenance. Proudly supported by Marquis Health Consulting Services Full-Time position Same Day Pay! $58,000-$98,000 per year (all inclusive) Qualifications as Director of Maintenance: Must have, as a minimum, four (4) years of experience in a maintenance position. Nursing home experience required. HVAC certification is strongly preferred. Must be knowledgeable of boilers, compressors, generators, etc., as well as various mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems. Must have the ability to read and interpret blueprints. Must be knowledgeable in building codes and safety regulations.
