Providing comprehensive support in brokerage operations, the full-time Advanced Brokerage Operations Professional will manage incoming phone calls, process new account documents, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards while collaborating with team members in a remote environment. Key responsibilities Answer member and field phone calls, assist team members, and manage workflow within the brokerage operations team Analyze and process complex new business and service transactions, ensuring high-quality member and field satisfaction Maintain a thorough understanding of brokerage products, services, and operational policies to provide accurate customer service Required qualifications High School diploma with 1-2 years of related experience in the Financial Services industry Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Microsoft Outlook Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a relevant field is preferred 3-5 years of experience in the brokerage industry, focusing on account transfers is advantageous
