Luttrell Staffing is currently hiring Fabricator / Welder positions in Bardstown, KY.Details for Fabricator / Welder Position:$26-38 / Hour (including $3 shift differential for weekend shift)Friday-Sunday | 5:30am-5pmOccasional Overtime on Thursdays and MondaysFull-Time | Direct-HireZero Fees - you’ll never be charged for any screening serviceScaled pay increases, excellent medical, dental, and vision benefits, 401(k) plan, and boot and safety glasses allowanceJob Duties for Fabricator / Welder Position:Perform MIG, TIG, and Stick welding on heavy-duty steelRead blueprints and welding symbols to fabricate components to specInspect and repair welds to ensure structural strength and qualityOperate grinders, saws, and cutting torches for fabricationMaintain a safe, clean workspace and meet production goalsFollow all policies and procedures in placeCompletes any other related tasks as neededQualifications and Desired Skills for Fabricator / Welder Position:High school diploma or equivalent3–5+ years of professional welding experience (MIG, TIG, and Stick)Skilled in welding multiple positions and working with structural steelExperience in modular construction, defense, or high-spec manufacturingAble to read blueprints and work to tight tolerancesKnowledge of welding safety practices and proper PPE usePhysically able to lift 50 lbs and stand for extended periodsAbility to stand for duration of shiftIf you have the experience and skills we're looking for, apply to Luttrell Staffing today!
