Job Summary:
Entry-level production role starting in wrapping and/or sorting. Employee will support order prep and quality flow for metal sheets/products. Company is currently ramping staffing due to increased volume and a major inventory project. Essential Duties:- Wrap finished product/material with plastic at wrapping station
- Sort material for quality and order accuracy
- Stack and prepare finished orders for forklift pickup
- Support inventory sorting and loading for truck shipments (inventory consolidation project)
- Maintain workstation cleanliness and follow safety rules
- Standing, repetitive tasks
- Not heavy lifting per client
- Must be able to work on production floor environment
- Standard industrial attire; safety-minded footwear recommended
- Confirm any additional PPE requirements with client
- Starts as Wrapper/Sorter
- Advancement path: Ticket Writer or Piler → Operator
