Work Environment\nThe position is structured as a remote role, allowing for a flexible work schedule with core hours from Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. You will primarily engage with clients through secure telehealth platforms while also being available for in-person sessions at our outpatient office as needed. Your designated workspace will be your home office, equipped with the tools and support necessary to ensure effective client communication and service delivery.

- Conduct individual and group therapy sessions to assist clients in addressing their emotional and behavioral challenges. \n
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation, adhering to the highest agency standards and ethical guidelines. \n
- Manage an assigned weekly caseload with a focus on delivering personalized care, incorporating flexibility for both client and clinician needs. \n

Qualifications\n- \n
- Current California registration as an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist (AMFT), Associate Clinical Social Worker (ACSW), or Associate Clinical Psychologist. \n
- Bachelor's Degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field; a Master's Degree is preferred. \n
- Strong communication skills to engage effectively with clients and facilitate conversations within the therapeutic process. \n
- Excellent time management and organizational skills to manage caseload and documentation efficiently. \n

- A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in a mental health counseling role. \n

The Associate Mental Health Counselor position offers a competitive salary ranging from $50,000 to $70,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
