Job Summary:We are seeking a Service Desk Analyst to provide first-line IT support, troubleshooting, incident resolution, and request management through the IT Help Desk. This role supports users across desktop/laptop systems, applications, networks, VPN, mobile devices, printers, security access, and other IT technologies. The position requires 24x7x365 shift/on-call support , including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Log, categorize, prioritize, and track IT incidents and service requests through resolution.
- Provide first-level troubleshooting and technical support to end users.
- Support Microsoft operating systems, Office applications, Active Directory, VPN, Citrix, printers, networks, mobile devices, and security access.
- Install and configure standard software, updates, drivers, and hardware remotely.
- Communicate incident status, outages, and resolutions to users and management.
- Collaborate with Network, Security, Systems, Application Development, and other IT teams.
- Maintain technical documentation and support processes.
- Assist with virus/security incidents and lead smaller IT projects as assigned.
Required Qualifications:
- Associate degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field, or equivalent experience.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Windows operating systems and desktop support.
- Experience with Active Directory, Microsoft Office, VPN, Citrix, networking, security, and mobile computing .
- A+ or Microsoft certification is preferred.
- Strong troubleshooting, analytical, communication, and customer service skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Must be available for 24x7x365 shift/on-call support , including weekends and holidays.
