Remote Telehealth Provider - 24/7 Urgent Care (Multi-State)

Yale New Haven Health Urgent Care is seeking a telehealth provider to deliver high-quality care remotely across Connecticut, New York, and Massachusetts. You will evaluate and treat patients via telehealth, develop evidence-based treatment plans, and coordinate referrals as needed.

Candidates must have prior telehealth experience and hold board certification as an Advanced Practitioner with ACLS/PALS. A robust support system and a mature telehealth workflow underpin this role.
