About the Role

We are seeking a strategic and results-oriented leader to own the success of a product portfolio within our platform. The ideal candidate will work with executive leadership to translate product strategy into market-leading solutions, drive portfolio performance, and build industry leading product management capabilities that create sustainable member value in a fast paced, high-growth environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead the execution of product strategies, roadmaps, and priorities that align with Renaissance's business and product objectives and deliver measurable member and business value.
• Lead complex product initiatives from concept through delivery, balancing roadmap priorities, resource constraints, dependencies, and organizational objectives.
• Partner with Product, Technology, Member Success, Operations, and business leaders to execute product priorities, deliver product enhancements, and drive successful adoption of new capabilities.
• Translate product strategy, member needs, market opportunities, and business requirements into roadmap priorities, product requirements, and actionable delivery plans.
• Develop deep expertise in the independent insurance agency marketplace to ensure product initiatives address critical member needs and support business growth objectives.
• Engage with agency team members to gather insights, validate product concepts, and inform product prioritization and execution decisions.
• Monitor product adoption, utilization, member satisfaction, and business performance metrics, recommending and implementing actions to improve results.
• Establish and maintain strong partnerships across Product Management, Technology, Operations, Sales, and Member Success to ensure alignment and execution excellence.
• Lead stakeholder communication and engagement efforts, ensuring transparency, alignment, and effective decision-making throughout the product lifecycle.
• Support product governance, planning processes, and operating disciplines established by Product leadership.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive product management experience, including 5+ years leading product managers or product organizations.
• Demonstrated success developing, launching, and scaling products that drive measurable member and business outcomes.
• Experience managing product portfolios, roadmaps, and product lifecycle decisions across multiple products and initiatives.
• Strong understanding of agile product development methodologies and product delivery practices.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams to execute product roadmaps and deliver strategic initiatives.
• Experience partnering effectively with engineering and business leaders in a matrixed environment.
• Proven communication, influence, and leadership capabilities, with the ability to align stakeholders, build organizational commitment, and drive informed decision-making.
• Demonstrated success building, coaching, and leading high-performing product management teams and capabilities.
• Results-oriented leader with the ability to balance strategic thinking and operational execution.
