Job Summary and Responsibilities Virginia Mason Franciscan Health, a part of the Pacific Northwest Division of CommonSpirit, is actively seeking a highly motivated and skilled PRN Maternal Fetal Medicine (MFM) physician to join our esteemed team in Tacoma, WA. Position Overview Our women's health group includes 9 OB/GYN physicians, 18 Certified Nurse Midwives, 6 MFM specialists, 1 urogynecologist, and 2 gynecologic oncologists. The practice provides evidence‑based care to the Tacoma and surrounding communities. As a PRN provider you will primarily assist with outpatient clinic services and some call duties, with most work conducted from home. You will deliver 0‑4 babies per month and perform procedures such as cerclages, amniocentesis (with CVS), and fetal echocardiograms as needed. Responsibilities

• Manage outpatient obstetric and fetal medicine clinics.
• Provide call coverage as required, mainly from home.
• Deliver patients, perform relevant procedures, and coordinate care with support staff (MA’s, nurses, sonographers, and specialty services).

Qualifications and Requirements MD or DO, Board Certified or Board Eligible (must become board‑certified within the first two years of employment). Washington State medical license required at time of employment. DEA, NPI, and prescriptive authority.
