Shift Manager

Wendy's

Rio Grande City, TX
Job Opportunity At Wendy's

At our Wendy's, you are more than just an employee, you are our family. The things that you want- like fun people, quality food, a schedule that meets your needs, and a paycheck- DONE!

Our founder, Dave Thomas, had three rules for everyone:

1. Do the right thing

2. Treat people with respect

3. Make food better than anyone would expect from a fast food restaurant

We know that you are already practicing the first two rules- we just need to teach you the third!

If you are cool with that, then keep reading!

We do not cut corners, as you can tell by our square burger patties. With that being said, we expect that your natural friendliness shines through, you're able to handle a quick-paced work environment, you support store management in achieving store objectives, you assist in assigning, directing, and following-up on activities of crew members, and that you love Wendy's just as much as we do!

Our food is not one size fits all and neither are our job opportunities. Whether you are looking for your first job or to build your career, 40 hours or a few hours to keep your weekends occupied, if you are an early-riser or a night-owl, we have got something for you!

What you can expect:

1. Flexible schedules

2. Competitive pay

3. Free meals

4. Health insurance

5. Career growth

What we expect from you:

We expect you to have solid social skills - act like your grandparents are with you, and use your pleases and thank yous! We expect you to help your teammates and customers. When things are low, you fill them back up- condiments, utensils, etc. You love to learn and want to be a part of a team!

What you will do:

1. Be on time

2. Work well with others and be able to be a team leader

3. Delight every guest

4. Have a positive attitude

This job opportunity is with one of our many franchisees. Independently owned and operated, Wendy's franchise organizations determine their own compensation, benefits, and career programs which may vary from company-owned locations.
