The Higher Education program offers anM.Ed. in Higher Education (in-person and online) and a Ph.D. inHigher Education Leadership & Policy Studies. As a nontenure track (NTT) position, the appointee will accrue notime toward tenure at the University of Houston. A history of successful administrative or faculty experience in thediscipline. Competency in assigned course content area(s). Excellent interpersonal skills and a clear understanding of adultlearning theory (engaging adult students). Ability to work collaboratively with faculty, staff, students, andinstitutional partners.
