PRN opportunities may be considered if you can pick up several shifts weekly.

QMHA Group Facilitator
$26-28/hour
Willing to obtain a CADC or is currently dually credentialed.
Supervision provided, if needed.
CADC I, II, or III Substance Abuse Counselor
St arting $29+/hour
QMHP Clinician
S tarting at $33+/hour
Willing to obtain a CADC or is currently dually credentialed.
Supervision provided, if needed.
Licensed Clinician or Associate
S tarting at $36+/hour
Willing to get a CADC or is currently dually credentialed.
Supervision provided, if needed.
At The Recovery Village Salem Drug and Alcohol Rehab , we firmly believe that any adult facing drug and alcohol addictions, along with co-occurring mental health conditions, can begin their path to recovery. Our accredited addiction treatment facility offers a wide range of rehab programs in a safe and supportive environment, with compassionate care provided by experienced medical and clinical professionals. Located in Salem, Oregon , our facility combines medical expertise with recreational therapies and mental health services in a welcoming setting. Job Responsibilities
Provide individual, group, and family therapy in a residential treatment setting
Complete biopsychosocial assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
Facilitate group sessions and psychoeducation
Collaborate with medical, psychiatric, and clinical teams to support patient progress
Maintain timely and accurate documentation (with support from Heather AI)
Support discharge planning and continuity of care
Requirements
Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Behavioral Health Field preferred. High School Diploma required.
Minimum one (1) year of work experience in behavioral health field preferred.
OR State SUD certification required if education is equivalent to High School or Bachelor's level. License preferred.
CADC I,II, or III
QMHA or QMHP and willing to obtain a CADC
CSWA, LPCA, LMFT, LCSW, LPC
CPR-AED and First Aid certification required.
