Menno Haven is seeking a Floor Care Specialist to join our Housekeeping Team! In this role, you will perform day-to-day housekeeping duties and specialized floor care.

Key Responsibilities Include:

• Performs general housekeeping and specialized floor care duties throughout the community.
• Provides specialized floor care services, including carpet shampooing, buffing, and extracting.
• Operates floor care machinery and maintains equipment in good working condition.
• Maintains a clean, safe, and sanitary environment for residents, visitors, and team members.
• Assists with special projects and other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in housekeeping and floor care preferred.
• Demonstrated experience and training in carpet shampooing, buffing, and related floor care tasks preferred.
• Understanding of Safety Data Sheet (SDS) information preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and work effectively within a team required.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards required.

Shift:

• Full-time, Monday-Friday
• Flexibility to work outside of normal business hours
