Position Overview We are seeking a licensed, motivated Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our growing team full time. This role works directly under the supervision of the Physical Therapist and alongside Chiropractic providers in a coordinated care model. This is an ideal position for a PTA who: Enjoys orthopedics and active rehab Thrives in a structured, systems-driven clinic Is confident, energetic, and patient-focused Values documentation accuracy and compliance Wants stability and long-term growth Responsibilities Implement treatment plans developed by the Physical Therapist Guide patients through therapeutic exercises and functional rehab programs Perform therapeutic modalities within scope of practice Accurately document daily treatment notes in EMR Maintain compliance with Medicare and insurance documentation standards Communicate patient progress with supervising PT Ensure timely chart completion and accuracy Contribute to a positive, professional clinic environment Qualifications Active Florida PTA license (required) Strong orthopedic and therapeutic exercise knowledge Excellent time management skills Clear communication and patient education ability High attention to detail in documentation Team-oriented mindset Compensation & Benefits Competitive salary (based on experience) Paid time off Continuing education support Stable Monday–Friday schedule (no weekends) Supportive, team-based environment Growth opportunities within the practice Why Join Us?
