Qualifications Minimum one year of workers' compensation defense experience preferred; active California State Bar membership in good standing required. Defense Base Act/Longshore & Harbor Workers' Compensation experience is a plus. Proactive, responsive, client-focused approach from assignment through resolution. Strong research, analytical, organizational skills with exceptional written and verbal communication. Comfortable in a paperless environment and using web-based legal tools. Strong work ethic, professionalism, and ability to build effective relationships with colleagues, clients, and partners.
