Qualifications Current Washington State Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) credential in good standing. Current CPR/BLS certification. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Positive attitude with a strong commitment to exceptional patient care. Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment. Team-oriented with a willingness to learn and grow. Knowledge of infection control protocols HIPAA and OSHA standards. Experience with dental practice management software and digital imaging is preferred but not required. Dependable, professional, and committed to maintaining patient confidentiality. Responsibilities Welcome patients and help create a warm, comfortable, and positive experience. Prepare treatment rooms and ensure all instruments and materials are ready for procedures. Assist the dentist during a variety of clinical procedures using four-handed dentistry techniques. Take and process dental radiographs in accordance with Washington State regulations. Educate patients on oral hygiene, post-operative care, and preventive dental health. Maintain accurate patient records and clinical documentation. Clean, sterilize, and organize instruments while following all infection control and safety protocols. Monitor inventory and assist with stocking clinical supplies. Help maintain an efficient daily schedule by supporting the clinical team and ensuring smooth patient flow. Collaborate with the entire dental team to deliver outstanding patient care and promote a welcoming office culture.
