Franchise Development ManagerAuthority Brands Inc. is a leading provider of home services, building brands that support the success of our franchisees, as well as bettering the lives of the homeowners we serve and the people we employ.The Franchise Development Manager is responsible for growing the franchise footprint through recruiting efforts.Responsibilities:Attain annual budget for franchise license sales and business resalesPartners with franchise candidates progress through the qualification and license granting process ensuring that all requirements are met, and documentation is receivedPartners with team on territory development by identifying sales marketsCollaborates on strategic business relationships with funding firms, CRM software, and mapping vendorsCultivates lead generation through own prospecting efforts and through positive franchise broker relationshipsPartners with Franchise Development team on the effective management of the franchise development budgetPartners with Marketing team to measure return on investment for lead marketing channelsCultivates new lead generation sources in conjunction with Director of Franchise DevelopmentCollaborates with Marketing team to boost sales value proposition and efficacyOther duties as assignedQualifications :Undergraduate degreeSuccessful record in franchise license awardsExpert ability building relationships and influencing people from diverse demographic backgroundsStrong experience working with Broker organizationsExperience utilizing Microsoft Office Suite, specifically OutlookProven success closing leadsFranchise Industry experience required; service industry franchise experience preferredWe believe our greatest assets are our employees, we offer competitive salaries and a full benefits package to include, PTO, paid holidays, 401(k) and more.Authority Brands Inc. conducts drug screens and background checks on applicants who accept employment offers.
