Our private, dentist-led practice is seeking a driven and patient-focused Lead Dentist to spearhead our clinical operations. You will provide comprehensive care to a loyal patient base in a practice that focuses exclusively on private-pay and PPO patients (No Medicaid), ensuring you have the freedom to focus on quality outcomes.

Pay
$200,000~$450,000 per year
Salary Details
- Competitive salary based on qualifications and experience.
- Guaranteed Minimum: $1,000 daily guarantee for the first 3 months.

Requirements
- Basic life support
- Cardiopulmonary resuscitation
- DEA Registration
- Licensed dentist
Doctorate: DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school.
Licensure: Valid and current State Dental License.
Certifications: Active DEA registration and CPR/BLS certification.
Skills: Strong clinical proficiency and a commitment to continuous learning.
Leadership: Excellent interpersonal skills and a desire to lead a collaborative team.

Clinical Leadership: Perform a wide range of general dentistry procedures, maintaining a high standard of clinical excellence and patient safety.
