Position Delivery Driver (Contract to hire) Pay $20‑$22 per hour Schedule 8:00 AM — 4:30 PM, Monday — Friday Location Oakdale, PA About the Role We are a leading Pittsburgh‑based distributor and manufacturer’s representative specializing in industrial pumps and equipment for diverse industries, including chemical, oil & gas, power, steel, and more. We seek a dedicated and professional Delivery Driver who will serve as the face of our company and the vital link between the company and its valued customers. As a Delivery Driver with us, you will ensure timely and safe pickups and deliveries that uphold our reputation for excellence. Your expertise will help keep our operations running smoothly, from operating a variety of trucks to interacting professionally with clients. Required Skills Verifiable experience driving medium and heavy‑duty trucks in a delivery role Knowledge of DOT rules and regulations Ability to pass DOT physical, drug screening, and background check Clean driving record Strong communication skills and professional demeanor Ability to operate forklift and pallet jack Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs Ability to work independently and as part of a team Flexibility for nights, weekends, and overtime as needed Ability to walk or stand for extended periods Nice to Have Skills CDL certification (not required but preferred) Experience with inventory management and shipping/receiving Familiarity with local routes and navigation Preferred Education and Experience High school diploma or equivalent Prior experience in industrial or commercial delivery environments Other Requirements Ability to operate a non‑CDL medium‑duty pickup truck and a heavy‑duty straight flatbed truck under 26,000 GVWR Maintain vehicle cleanliness and proper maintenance Professional appearance and customer interaction skills Valid driver’s license and the ability to pass a DOT physical and drug screening #J-18808-Ljbffr Alltek-Staffing-
