Description:

ProCare Therapy is partnered with a School District who is seeking dedicated Special Education Teachers to join our team.

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement individualized education programs (IEPs) for students with special needs.
Provide instruction tailored to the unique needs of each student.
Collaborate with general education teachers and support staff to ensure inclusive practices.
Assess students’ progress and adjust teaching strategies accordingly.
Maintain ongoing communication with parents/guardians regarding student progress.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Special Education or related field (Master’s preferred).
Valid Special Education teaching license in TN
Must have 461 endorsement
Experience working with students with diverse learning needs.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Special Education Teacher Details:

26/27 School Year
Compensation: Competitive, based on experience and qualifications.
Hours: Full Time
Self Contained
Elementary Caseload

10-15 minute screening call with a ProCare Recruiter
20-30 minute virtual/in-person interview with school district
Offer is typically within 24 hours of virtual interview
