Key Responsibilities\n- \n
- Conduct thorough evaluations and assessments to gain insights into clients’ presenting issues, histories, and treatment goals. \n
- Provide evidence-based individual, couple, and family therapy employing modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, mindfulness-based practices, and narrative therapy. \n
- Develop and implement tailored treatment plans, adapting therapeutic strategies to meet the specific needs and progress of clients. \n
- Work collaboratively with clients to regularly review and adjust treatment plans based on progress, ensuring an adaptive approach to therapy. \n
- Maintain strict confidentiality in accordance with ethical guidelines and legal requirements, fostering a secure environment for clients to share their concerns. \n
- Engage in continuous professional development to remain at the forefront of best practices and emerging therapeutic methodologies. \n
- Build strong, therapeutic relationships with clients, promoting trust and encouraging meaningful personal growth throughout the recovery process. \n
- Assist clients in navigating life's hurdles, offering practical strategies and emotional support tailored to their circumstances. \n
In this role, you will primarily support individuals undergoing detoxification and those facing various mental health challenges, including substance use disorders, anxiety, depression, and relationship issues. Your expertise will be critical in aiding clients during a transformative period in their lives, empowering them to achieve recovery and sustainable mental health.
Qualifications\n- \n
- Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited program. \n
- Active licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) within the state of Illinois. \n
- At least two years of clinical experience, preferably within a private practice or treatment setting. \n
- Strong clinical skills focused on assessment, treatment planning, and the implementation of evidence-based interventions. \n
- Exceptional communication skills, with a strong ability to foster rapport and empathy with diverse client populations. \n

- Experience working in detox centers or substance abuse recovery environments. \n
- Proficiency in using telehealth platforms and virtual communication tools for effective client interaction. \n
- Demonstrated understanding of trauma-informed care practices and culturally competent approaches in therapy. \n
