The Role Full-Cycle Account Executive (AE) – responsible for turning prospects into customers by managing the entire sales cycle, from initial outreach to closing sales demos and ensuring a robust deal pipeline. Location: In Office Required - Austin, Texas Responsibilities Utilize Salesforce and various CRM systems to source leads, conduct cold calls, and send emails to generate and close new sales opportunities. Identify prospective customer needs and highlight RealWork Labs' reputation management and sales platform solutions. Successfully manage and overcome prospect objections throughout the transactional sales cycle. Efficiently manage curated and pre-sourced leads to set up and close effective product demonstrations. Participate in daily sales meetings to share strategies for success and learn from others. Qualifications Minimum 2+ years of full-cycle phone-based outbound sales experience in SMBs, selling marketing, software, or services. Familiarity and comfort with the fast-paced nature of growth and change in a startup environment. Collaborative mindset and emotional intelligence; ownership mindset. Self-starter with intrinsic motivation to succeed. Creative thinker who approaches challenges with new ideas and perspectives. Confident communicator and excellent listener via phone and video calls.
