Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement menus that meet the dietary needs and preferences of our residents, including those with special dietary requirements

• Supervise and manage a team of cooks, servers, and other food service staff to ensure efficient and effective food preparation and service

• Maintain a clean and safe food service environment, adhering to all relevant health and safety regulations

• Collaborate with our executive chef to plan and execute special events and meals, including birthday celebrations, holiday meals, and themed dining experiences

• Monitor food costs and inventory to ensure effective budgeting and cost management

• Develop and maintain relationships with local food suppliers to source the freshest and highest-quality ingredients

• Ensure compliance with all relevant food safety and sanitation standards, including regular inspections and maintenance of equipment
