Job Description The Project Manager - Multifamily will: Manage all phases of multifamily construction projects, ensuring on-time and within-budget completion. Coordinate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to maintain project standards and timelines. Monitor project progress and address any issues or delays proactively. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes at all project sites. Prepare and manage project budgets, ensuring cost control and efficient use of resources. Communicate project updates to stakeholders and address any concerns promptly. Oversee procurement of materials and ensure timely delivery to project sites. Lead, mentor, and manage project teams to achieve optimal performance and collaboration. The Successful Applicant A successful Project Manager - Multifamily should have: Experience managing multifamily building and construction projects from start to finish. Strong leadership and team management abilities to guide project teams effectively. Knowledge of construction safety standards and building codes. Proficiency in project budgeting, scheduling, and resource management. Excellent communication skills to liaise with stakeholders and resolve issues.
