Qualifications 4+ years of professional graphic design experience Creative suites/campaigns Holistic brand design / guidelines Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite , InDesign , Photoshop, Illustrator Experience creating or editing Microsoft PowerPoint templates/presentations Ability to manage multiple projects independently with minimal supervision Strong communication and stakeholder management skills Experience working in fast-paced environments with multiple concurrent requests Job Description Our client is seeking a Graphic Designer to join their creative team on a 6 month contract, with potential for extension. This person will be covering for a team member on leave and will start while that individual is still available to help transition current projects, brand guidelines, templates, and ongoing work. This role is ideal for a self-starter who can work independently, manage multiple creative requests at once, and confidently partner with internal stakeholders from concept through final delivery. The designer will support a mix of original design work, template creation, annual reports, brand collateral, creative suites, and digital/print materials. Responsibilities Design branded marketing and communications materials, including one-pagers, annual reports, presentation templates, brand collateral, campaign assets, and digital/print materials Create and update design templates in Canva, Adobe InDesign, and PowerPoint Help support the team’s continued transition into Canva for template-based design work Apply brand guidelines consistently across projects, audiences, and deliverables Take ownership of projects from concept through completion, including gathering requirements, developing creative direction, selecting imagery, formatting layouts, and delivering final assets Manage and prioritize incoming creative requests through Zendesk and other intake channels #J-18808-Ljbffr Insight Global
